You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you ordered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in (No writing on the documents, no folds creases or tears).
Provided all of the conditions above are met you will be entitled for an exchange or a refund, you (the customer) will have to pay for the returns postage cost.
If you want to return your item, please start by sending us a message via our "Contact Us" form, tell us that you are initiating a refund or exchange, the reason why and your order number so we know who to refund.
Once you have done this, you can then send your item to:

You will receive your requested refund or exchange within 3-5 working days.
